This morning, a prominent Central Region-based presenter, known for his engaging show on Darling FM 90.9 in Cape Coast, raised some pressing concerns that require attention to drive development in the region.

KEY ISSUES RAISED:

1. Unity among Central Region presenters: The presenter emphasized the need for a unified front among Central Region-based presenters to push for development, citing examples of other regions' successes.

2. Beyond Cape Coast: He stressed that the Central Region encompasses more than just Cape Coast, urging the regional minister to consider the broader region's needs.

3. Supporting local government authorities: The presenter advocated for supporting the new MMDCEs and local government authorities to ensure effective governance.

4. Sustainable projects for traditional leaders: He called for feasible and sustainable projects to be implemented, benefiting traditional leaders and their communities.

5. Avoiding partisan politics and promoting unity: The presenter urged citizens to rise above partisan politics and cultural differences, fighting for their rights and freedoms instead.

6. Informed commentary: He advised citizens to "travel and see" before making comments on government policies and issues, promoting informed discussion.

CONCLUSION:

The presenter's concerns highlight the need for collective action and responsible citizenship to drive development in the Central Region. By working together and prioritizing the region's needs, we can build a brighter future for Cape Coast, Elmina, and beyond.
