Poor Road Conditions Plagues Dabir-Benyade-Egyei Community, Threatening Livelihoods.

The youths of Dabir-Benyaze-Egyei electoral Area wish to congratulate our currently member of Parliament(MP) elect, Honorable SAMUEL ATTA MILLS. MP for Komenda Edina Eguafo Abrem constituency. May your leadership bring prosperity and growth to KEEA.

πŸ“The Dabir-Benyadze-Egyei Community in Komenda Edina Eguafo Abrem constituency is facing a pressing issue that is having far-reaching consequences on the lives of its residents. The poor state of the community's roads which passes through Abreshia to Ayensudo of total distance of 19 km has become a major concern, affecting not only the daily lives of community members but also the local economy. The deplorable road conditions have led to a significant decline in agricultural production, which serves as the main source of income for many farmers in the community.

πŸ“πŸ“The poor road conditions make it difficult for farmers to transport their produce to markets, resulting in reduced sales and income. This, in turn, affects the livelihoods of the farmers and their families, who rely heavily on agriculture for their survival. Furthermore, the bad roads also make it challenging for residents to access basic services such as healthcare and education. The situation is exacerbated during the rainy season, when the roads become even more treacherous, making it nearly impossible for vehicles to pass through.

πŸ“πŸ“πŸ“The community's poor road conditions also have other far-reaching consequences. For instance, the lack of access to markets and other economic opportunities has led to a decline in economic growth and development in the community. Additionally, the poor roads also pose a significant risk to the safety of residents, particularly during emergencies. The community's leadership has made repeated calls for the government to intervene and repair the roads, but so far, no significant action has been taken.

πŸ“πŸ“πŸ“πŸ“To address the issue, the community is calling on the current MP elect (HON. SAMUEL ATTA MILLS) to use the mandate of the people as representative of our constituency to prioritize the repair and maintenance of the roads. The community is also exploring alternative solutions, such as partnering with private organizations to fund road rehabilitation projects. It is imperative that urgent action is taken to address the poor road conditions in Dabir-Benyadze-Egyei Community, to prevent further decline in agricultural production and to ensure the overall well-being of the community.
